My experience so far has been quite frustrating. Before I even finished completing the form on the website, I received a call from a number flagged as a "suspected scam," urging me to sign up over the phone with an additional discount. I declined, preferring to complete the process online at my own pace.

However, the same thing happened again. As soon as I submitted the online form, I received another call—this time at 7:30 PM—asking for the same information I had just entered.

A few days later, I received a modem in the mail, despite selecting the "Bring Your Own Modem" option during sign-up. When I tried to resolve this, the online chat was unhelpful and directed me to call instead. The phone call was then transferred to another team, only to be disconnected.

I've selected Sky as it had good rating, but not impressed.

I really tried to give 2degrees a chance as I’ve been with them as my mobile provider for many years, however their customer service is terrible. They have missed parts of a bundle when signing up then not been able to rectify it, had the broadband drop out frequently and claim there were no issues. When my plan was up and I tried to cancel they ignored all my emails and contact requests sent through their website, and also did not answer my calls or were unable to complete it over the phone when they did answer. Terrible untrustworthy company, they will double charge you, fail to apply discounts, spring price increases on you and deny any wrongdoing via their tech support.

Quic are awesome! Was really quick to connect to them (literally hours), one off cost for a Static IP address, and have an awesome Discord community! Well recommended!

Terrible experience overall. Closed my account and specifically asked for my CC details to be removed - they were not and $99 charge taken "in error" without any invoice or notification months later. Products are not as advertised, and customer service is completely worthless if you can even contact them.

No contracts. Not prepaid. 100% nz owned and operated. Weekly billing via your choice ie bank transfer. Direct debit. Etc. Quick activation.

Great pricing. Great communication. 100% kept upto date. Ordered this morning activated 1pm today. Simple weekly billing options.
